- How early should I make my order?
- We recommend ordering at least 3 months in advance. For urgent orders, check availability.
- How many flavors or fillings does the biscuit include?
- Each biscuit is customized according to your choice on the form. The extras (more than one taste or filling) will be reflected in the final quotation.
- Can I send a reference design?
- Yes! You can send us pictures for inspiration, but we always personalize each creation with our own style.
- What kind of biscuits do they offer?
- We work exclusively with wet Puerto Rican biscuits, with or without filling. We do not make American-style biscuits, as we specialize in maintaining the traditional flavor and texture that so characterizes us.
- How do I book my date?
- Your order is reserved once the required deposit is made. Without deposit, availability is not guaranteed.
- Do they make vegan biscuits, without sugar or gluten?
- Yes! At Fancy Halo by Nixalee Corp / Fancy Halo Weddings we work vegan biscuits, without sugar and gluten free. You should only apply when you order, and we will make sure you do so according to your needs. Don't hesitate to contact us for more details!
- What payment methods do they accept?
- We accept the following payment methods: ATH Mobile in the name of FancyHaloByNixalee, credit card and cash. Please note that we do not accept checks under any circumstances.
- How long is a quote valid?
- The contributions are valid for 7 calendar days from the moment they are sent. After that time, if the order has not been confirmed, it must be requoted as prices and availability may vary.
- What's the minimum number of people for a wedding biscuit?
- For a 1-floor biscuit, the minimum amount is 15 people.
- For a 2-story biscuit, the minimum amount is 30 people.
- For a 3-story biscuit, the minimum amount is 60 people.
- Do they make desserts for the biscuit table?
- Yeah, we made desserts for the biscuit table. In the order form, you can select the sweets you want. Each mini sweet is prepared in at least 12 units. If any dessert does not appear on the list, you can indicate it in the comments section so that we can meet your request.
- They make deliveries to the whole island?
- Yes, we deliver to the entire island of Puerto Rico.
- What kind of coverage do we use for biscuits?
- The types of coverage we use are: Ganache and / or Laminated Pasta.
- Are the bake or candy bases included in the price?
- No, the bases for mounting the biscuit and the bases for the mini sweets are not included in the price. If you want special bases for the biscuit or for the candy table, they can be coordinated and listed separately.
- Can you change the design after you make the order?
- The design changes may be possible before the contract is signed, depending on availability and complexity. Once the contract has been signed, any change will only be made if approved by Fancy Halo by Nixalee Corp. / Fancy Halo Weddings and will generate an additional cost. It is recommended that changes be requested at least 7 days in advance to assess feasibility and coordination.
- Can I change the date of my event?
- The change of date is only possible if we are available on the new date requested. The deposit is not refundable or transferable to other orders if we cannot book the new date. It is recommended that any request for change be notified as early as possible to increase the likelihood of availability.
- What if I cancel my order?
- All orders include a non-refundable deposit that confirms the date and preparation of the biscuit. Cancellations made at any time, whether with months, weeks or days in advance, do not qualify for reimbursement.

- Reservation
- All orders require a deposit not refundable or transferable to other orders to book the date.
- The dates are confirmed only when the deposit is received.
- It is recommended to fill in the form at least 3 months in advance, subject to availability.
- Designs and Changes
- You can share ideas, references or color pallets, but each biscuit is creatively interpreted in the style of Fancy Halo by Nixalee Corp. / Fancy Halo Weddings
- Design changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance and must be approved by Fancy Halo by Nixalee Corp / Fancy Halo Weddings.
- Changes made after the contract may entail an additional cost.
- Type of Biscoco
- All our biscuits are Puerto Ricans wet, with or without filling.
- We don't work American-style biscuits.
- We offer vegan options, sugar free and gluten free on request and availability.
- Allergies
- Our products may contain or have been in contact with: nuts, wheat, soy, dairy and egg.
- Fancy Halo by Nixalee Corp. / Fancy Halo Wedings is not held responsible for allergic reactions.
- Assembly and Coordination
- If the biscuit will be delivered to an external living room, coordinator or decorator, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that an authorized person is present to receive it.
- Fancy Halo by Nixalee Corp. / Fancy Halo Weddings will leave the biscuit mounted on the table assigned for the cake, but will not be in charge of decorating or assembling the table (flowers, signs, decorations, etc.).
- Once delivered and placed on the table, Fancy Halo by Nixalee Corp / Fancy Halo Weddings is not held responsible for subsequent damage.
- If the assembly requires equipment rental (bases, structures, etc.), its return should be coordinated on the established date.
- Unreturned equipment in time will generate an additional charge of $10 a day.
- Delivery
- We offer deliveries all over the island.
- In Fancy Halo by Nixalee Corp. / Fancy Halo Weddings, the delivery is included in the price of the biscuit. We personally take care of all the details to make sure that your biscuit arrives in perfect condition and is presented with the care it deserves.
- Payments
- The final balance must be fully paid before or at the time of delivery or collected from the biscuit.
- We accept: ATH Mobile, credit / debit card and cash.
- No checks are accepted under any circumstances.
- Cancellations
- Cancellations made the day before or on the same day of the wedding do not qualify for reimbursement. The order shall be completed and paid in full.
