Hello, my name is Nixalee López Sánchez. Start with the making of biscuits at the age of 15. Since then I have produced about 1,000 biscuits for customers who have been extremely happy and satisfied with my quality work. I count with technical studies in Decoration and Clothing of Bizcochos as well as in Bakery and International Dating. I have also participated in several workshops or seminars offered by well-known chef pasries on assembly, covering, contemporary techniques, biscuit flavors, clothing and European desserts, among others. I am characterized by my great creativity and sense of responsibility in order to meet each of your requests.
