  • How early should I make my order?
  • We recommend ordering at least 1 month in advance.
  • Can I send a reference design?
  • Yes! You can send us pictures for inspiration, but we always personalize each creation with our own style.
  • What kind of biscuits do they offer?
  • We work exclusively with wet, or unfilled Puerto Rican biscuits. We do not make American-style biscuits, as we specialize in maintaining the traditional flavor and texture that so characterizes us.
  • How do I book my date?
  • Your order is reserved once the required deposit is made. Without deposit, availability is not guaranteed.
  • Do they offer delivery service?
  • Yes! We offer deliveries throughout Puerto Rico, as available and at an additional cost. If you wish to surrender, you must request it at the time of making your order. You can also pick up your biscuit in our town in Cayey.
  • Do they make vegan biscuits, without sugar or gluten?
  • Yes! At Fancy Halo by Nixalee we work vegan biscuits, without sugar and gluten free. You should only apply when you order, and we will make sure you do so according to your needs. Don't hesitate to contact us for more details!
  • What payment methods do they accept?
  • We accept the following payment methods: ATH Mobile in the name of FancyHaloByNixalee, credit card and cash. Please note that we do not accept checks under any circumstances.
  • How long is a quote valid?
  • The contributions are valid for 7 calendar days from the moment they are sent. After that time, if the order has not been confirmed, it must be requoted as prices and availability may vary.

  • Reservation
  • All orders require a deposit not refundable or transferable to other orders to book the date.
  • The dates are confirmed only when the deposit is received.
  • It is recommended to fill in the form at least 1 month in advance, subject to availability.
  • Designs and Changes
  • We accept visual references, but each creation is personalized and worked as a unique piece. No exact duplicates of other designs are guaranteed..
  • Design changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance and must be approved by Fancy Halo by Nixalee.
  • Changes made after the contract may entail an additional cost.
  • No exact replicas are guaranteed.
  • Type of Biscoco
  • All our biscuits are Puerto Ricans wet, with or without filling.
  • We don't work American-style biscuits.
  • We offer vegan options, sugar free and gluten free on request and availability.
  • Allergies
  • Our products may contain or have been in contact with: nuts, wheat, soy, dairy and egg.
  • Fancy Halo by Nixalee is not responsible for allergic reactions.
  • Delivery
  • We offer deliveries throughout the island, according to availability and at additional cost.
  • If you want delivery, you must request it when filling out the form.
  • Payments
  • The final balance must be fully paid before or at the time of collecting or delivering the order.
  • We accept: ATH Mobile, credit / debit card and cash.
  • Cancellations
  • Cancellations the day before or on the same day of the activity do not qualify for reimbursement. The order shall be completed and paid in full.
  • Responsibility for Delivery
  • If the client collects the order, Fancy Halo by Nixalee is not held responsible for damage that occurred after delivery.
  • If compensation is requested for damage after delivery, it will be charged for materials and correction time.
