Hello, my name is Nixalee López Sánchez. I started making cakes at the age of 15. Since then I have made around 1,000 cakes for clients who have been extremely happy and satisfied with my quality work. I have technical studies in Decoration and Preparation of Cakes as well as in International Baking and Pastry. I have also participated in several workshops or seminars offered by renowned pastry chefs on assembly, toppings, contemporary techniques, sponge cake flavors, confection and European desserts, among others. I am characterized by my great creativity and sense of responsibility to be able to fulfill each of your requests.
